Every step of the way in our TV system purchase the staff of Magnolia was amazingly knowledgeable and pleasant. We were fortunate to be helped by Thao when we came into the store and she helped us decide what TV to purchase, being very patient as we considered the alternatives. The guys who came to install it (forgot their names...) and then Ben who programmed it were all technically sharp and I totally trusted them in our house. Thao and Alberto came over, above and beyond the call of duty, after we had a Comcast box added to a system that Magnolia had configured for the previous owner of our house when the sound for the DVD was not working. And, on top of that, they diagnosed a configuration issue that was preventing me from completing the guided setup on my TiVo. They methodically narrowed down the issues and at no point were going to give up. I'm 5 thumbs up for the team and products at Magnolia!
