I had them come over for an estimate. We agreed on a price. They asked for a deposit, which I agreed to. What I didnt know was that they charged the ENTIRE amount to my credit before the work was even started. They didnt even show up on the day that we agreed to. I should have cancelled the work when they didnt show up, but I let them talk me into continuing.

They finished about 1/2 the work and then I never heard from them again. They wouldnt take my calls either. My thought was well, I guess they dont want to get paid if they arent going to finish the work. What I didnt know at the time was that they had already charged for the entire amount to my credit card, which was completely unauthorized.

I left several messages with their receptionist that they should reverse the unauthorized charge and complete the work... and then and only then, I would pay the balance (as was initially agreed).

They refuse to reverse the unauthorized charge and Im currently disputing the charge with the credit card company.

I really dont know whats the matter with these people. All they need to do is live up to the simple work agreement that they made.

I will never contract with them again, and you shouldnt either.
