Pancho Villa Taqueria

San Francisco, CA Mexican Restaurants 04/27/07: 'way overrated'

I've heard so many things about Pancho Villa and had very high expectations when I first dined here. However, the food is not at all special, its standard burritos and tacos. The workers were very efficient and my order didn't take too long. I enjoyed watching my good getting made. Overall its good , but not anything I would drive to San Francisco specifically for. There are a lot of other taquerias that surpass this one.

As a child ice cream from Mitchells was reserved only for special occassions , which is probably why I am so fond of it now. The lines are long, but you never have to wait too long because they serve fairly quickly. They have dozens of awesome and unique flavors , but I always stick to the usual: a mango milkshake. They use lots of icecream and hardly any milk. If sugar wasn't so bad for me I would be there every day.

Never Too Latte

San Bruno, CA Coffee Shops and Diners 04/27/07: 'Id rather have Starbucks'

I was there only once and never again. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but probably only got about half a tablspoon of cream cheese as it seemed they were running out. I also ordered a "vanilla late" that tasted more like burnt coffee with vanilla creamers. I hate Starbucks as a corporation , but I'd rather loose some of my dignity than to fear stomach cramps.
