FBC of Montgomery is a home away from home. Pastor Jay Wolf delivers meaningful messages and our Sunday School class is like our second family. We have learned so much about God within our church. We really felt welcomed the first time we visited and have been members since 1994. This is a wonderful church for anyone searching for God in their life or a seasoned Christian looking for a church family. The music ministry is awesome and the Living Christmas Tree is not to be missed. Please come visit!
She is my mom's doctor. She treated me for Strep Throat days before my husband and I went on our skiing trip. She worked me in to be seen and treated me with anti biotics. I went on the ski trip and actually skiied a black slope for the first time. I was so appreciative to her and her staff.
Come in and sit awhile!! This coffee bar is really relaxed and cheap!! Not commercial like Starbucks is. They make a really good white chocolate mocha latte. I get mine iced. It is also a Wi-Fi hot spot, so you can sip and surf at your leisure.
This is a fun little place for breakfast or lunch. The grouper fingers for lunch are great, and they have cheap kid's meals. Pretty crowded on the weekends, but not bad during the week. Casual and family oriented. Everything is cooked to order, so grab a paper and relax. The pancakes are excellent.
My husband stayed here on a business trip. If it had not had been for the meetings he needed to attend, he said he would have stayed in the hotel room and watched the giant cargo ships heading down the river. He said there was a lot of excitement just outside the river. He also said the room service was very good. He only stayed here for a couple of days, but said we would come back as a family and stay here.
Located on the river, the food was great. Go upstairs to the second floor where the actual restaurant is located. This is upscale dining at its finest. I had a filet mignon which was cooked medium rare. It was a great steak. The service was excellent.
This is a terrific place to get "meat and three." That means a meat and 3 vegetables. Many older people and local construction workers eat here, so you know it's good!! Make sure you get a big glass of sweet tea to wash down your turnip greens and macaroni and cheese. This place is packed at lunch time so get there around 11am. Good place to go when you can't eat another fried shrimp or seafood platter. However, they do have these too. Casual dress and casual atmosphere at the beach. They also have some cool salt water fish in aquariums!!
This little gem of a breakfast dinner is located in Sunnyside outside of Panama City, FL. It is very small, but the food is great. The pancakes and omlets are specialties of the house. Dress is extremely casual, sometimes you see people there in bathing suits. You can also call ahead and get your order to go. Don't miss the talking parrot outside, but beware.... he bites!!
This little market started off slow with business and has continued to flourish in Orange Beach. With its great selection of fresh seafood, steaks and wines, customers continue to come back for the service and quality. There is a great selection of gourmet sauces, marinades cocktail mixes and cute napkins and barware. I have made gourmet gift baskets for Christmas gifts also. The prices are somewhat expensive, but the quality is really what you are paying for, so it is worth a spurge.
The sign boasts "Laid back local stuff" and that' s what you get!! Great atmosphere and even better food. The fried seafood platter, oysters on the half shell and seafood gumbo are the top 3. This place is local haunt, so you better get there early or you will have to wait a while for a table. It's worth it though. Doc's has been the last local hangout for years, and let's hope it continues to be.
