They are not only expensive, but the people who answer the phones are so discourteous. They came to look into a problem with my irrigation system (installed by them). The technician comes without any proper parts (1/2" pipe in this case). Tells us to reschedule the appointment. When we call the company again we get an appointment a week later. Whatever happened to the philosophy of customer followup......
This company was not like this few years ago... I think the management has to seriously revisit the customer service section all over again. Sorry to see the company is loosing its image in the local community. A lot of my neighbors also share the same thoughts.
