Edgewater Cinema Six

I visited Edgewater Cinema at 473 Beckrich Rd in Panama City, FL on 5/16/2007 while in town on business. It was the last showing of the day. The projector itself was very noisy, "chattering" through out the movie, and the image had a noticeable vertical jitter. I complained to the staff multiple times and they appeared to contact someone to fix it, but it was never corrected. Since it was my only opportunity to watch a movie during my trip, and the only movie I was interested in watching - I finally gave up and watched the movie as-is. By the end of the movie I had a headache from watching the jittery image. I requested a refund from the staff - and this time spoke to the on-duty manager, who looked to be a teenager, was dressed very slouchy in street clothes (not in uniform - like his staff), and had a mouth full of metal piercings. (Maybe he was made a "manager" so he wasn't the first face customers saw). After making my case, he gave me several unacceptable alternatives, and eventually replied their was "nothing he could do". I'm going back today to see his manager.
