I took my daughter here for the first time. As I approached the front desk, the girl working the counter acted like she rather be doing something else but working. No smile, no "Welcome to Dave and Buster's"...nothing. I ordered food at the bar and even tipped the bartender only to get my food 45 minutes later. The bartender did comp me a $15 power card. When it was time to cash in the tickets at the Winner's Circle, the girl working the counter had a pulse like a dead fish.
Perhaps this is the place if you just want to play games and wait for food. However, those who know how to run a successful business recognize that great customer service comes first. I was considering having a birthday party and a company party at this place - forget it.

Thanks Andrea for the review. I took your advice and Hector is very accommodating and the pricing is reasonable. His team does good work and they have the approval of my Labrador.
The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars is on some days I find that all that was done was the lawn and not the shrubs, trees, and weeds. However, one call was all it took and it was done on their next time out.
As soon as you see something that you dont like or needs improvement, give Hector a call. He will make sure that it is done. Very nice and pleasant to work with!
