Tanan Floral

As a current floral designer for Tanan Floral, we pride ourselves on quality product and excellent customer service. The cooler is restocked daily with new floral arrangements. Floral preservative is used in all floral arrangements with care cards that instruct to add water daily. Packets of floral preservative are provided for cash and carry wrapped bouquets. We double check all products (flowers and plants) before they leave the store, either for delivery or cash and carry. When we recieved the complaint about the Teleflora Etched Glass arrangement with purple alstroemeria and purple roses, we gladly offered to replace the arrangement ( which is our store policy). The owner contacted her that same day and we had a new fresh arrangement ready for her to pick up the following day. It is always a concern when our customers are not completely satisfied, especially when a replacement was offered and was not picked up. As a designer I pride myself on excellence, as do the other designers and employees of Tanan Floral. We are all bewildered by the accusations in the previous review.
