'Best mexican restaurant in U.C.!!'
Mexico Tipico is the best family mexican restaurant in U.C. It's not in the best location but when you are eating, it's like you've found a gem. My favorite is their chicken enchilada with rice & beans. Their enchilda is always consistent - they use only white chicken meat and it's always fresh. Their food is always hot. Their waitress are always so nice and quick. Their silverware is always clean! They have the same chef/cook that's why their food always taste good!! You should try their breakfast menu. My favorite is their shredded beef with eggs! It's yummy!!
