Waldo Pets

I chose Waldo Pets over a more conveniant chain store because I come from a family business background. When I bring my business to a local company, I expect to pay a little more in exchange for quality service and customer care. It's really a shame that Waldo Pets is unable to provide either. The staff was absent at best, the inventory abysmal, and though I purchased a simple fish bowl and supplies at a startling $21.00, the fish were not in stock. Three visits later, the fish are still not in. I am so disappointed in this store that I'd rather buy from even Walmart. They may be a bully corporate monopoly, but at at least you know they'll have what you want in stock for 40% of the cost.
