Just like any other online shopping. There are issues/problems customer like me is experiencing.Its either the product or the service itself. My husband and I just purchase a Ignition Coil -OEQ for our Mazda and we were able to order it easily without any problems. But when we receive the item it was a Ignition coil but a different brand from what we order. I personally called their customer service and let them fix the trouble. Instead of getting mad and frustrated, I found myself dealing with them. The person I'm talking with ale to explain very clearly what had happen why we did receive an incorrect product because of our mistake when w ordered it. And she give me instruction on how to RMA the product and promised that we will be receiving the new proper one after 3-6 working days. We were able to receive it after 6 days and we got the correct one..
