I had a great experience shopping here.
They had an absolutely unbelievable selection of tile.
I was looking for a particular kind, that I found elsewhere for a much higher price. (Silly me, if you want Italian tile you go to an Italian owned place)

The staff is friendly. They answered all my questions, got my wife some great coffee. We were there for a while, going through all the different kinds of tile they had.
They even gave me a sample to take home and examine in my own setting with my own lighting to make sure the color was right.

I bought two types of tile and some colored grout. One was some great Italian tile and the other was glass tile for an accent. I got the tile and Italian tile and the grout the following week, however the glass tile was backordered for a long time. They offered to refund the money for the glass tile but I decided to keep the order with them, because after checking at all the other retailers locally and online. Everyone else had my particular type of glass tile backordered until about the same dates.

In order to be able to continue my construction I was able to borrow a sample of the glass tile to create a template to leave a gap for the accent and finish all the other tile while we were still waiting for this one.

The whole time I was waiting for the backordered item I was able to call and speak to the rep that sold it to me within a couple of minutes. He would always call me back as promised with the status.
The delivery got pushed back twice ... but again, the situation was the same at ALL other retailers. So I guess it really wasn't their fault.
