'AVOID IF SERVICE IS IMPORTANT'
I traveled to San Pablo to coach a team for a major sports event being held in the area. Upon check in I asked if I could store my bag for the day the following day after check out and was told that I could. However, when I checked out the following morning the "manager" on duty refused to store my bag. In my experience, the temporary storage of guest's bags is a basic service of every hotel. Most of the rooms in this hotel were occupied by people attending my event.
