I was moving from Philly to Boston and decided to do my initial search for an apartment online. When looking at craigslist I noticed listings with videos, so I typed video into the search box and all the properties with videos turned up. This was great and I literally shopped for and found my luxury apartment online, Parkside Place in Cambridge. This would not have been possible without all the postings with video from NextGen Realty, Boardwalk Properties, and Jacob Realty.
