This was possibly the worst banking experience ever! While attempting to open a new account with a bank check from another bank-with well over 3,000, was given a run around that my son had bad credit, a foreclosure and had been reported to all banks etc...-My son had just turned 18 and needless to say was quite upset- when I demanded that they recheck their computer for possible error on their part, they reluctantly complied and without so much as an apology, simply stated that now they could open the account- no apologies for their obvious typing error-rude-rude-rude.If my son didn't need BOA for college-we would never do buisiness with them.Avoid this branch at all costs.
