Saint Peters, MO
My dog came back smelling like pee, had a broken toe nail, and looked like he hadn't been touched once even though I paid for a bunch of their play times. I was totally disgusted by the obvious lack of concern for my dog. You couldn't get me to go back there for anything. Good thing it only cost an arm and a freaking leg too.
Have since boarded at Williamsburg and with my vet and both turned out much better (and cheaper).
Oh, and that super positive review telling us all to book early for the holidays is from the manager of the St. Peters store I believe. I remember having to speak to a Lindsay up there a few times throughout my disaster with them.
My dog came back from boarding with them and he was literally trembling when they brought him out to me after only two days. He smelled like pee and when I got him home I realized he'd also broken a nail. They offered to pay the vet bill but there was no apology or explanation. I felt like I was just being run through the ringer for my money so I can't imagine how my dog must've felt.
