'FT Casuals'
First of all this review is only for the FT Casuals in the Westminster mall. I bought a dress from there and went to wear it the same day but after about 5 minutes i had to change because the zipper didnt completely zip up so my arm was getting scratched. I went back the next day and tried to exchange it for the same exact dress and talked to a manager who said they wouldnt even exchange it for the same item. They had poor customer service and poor quality of clothing so i wouldnt suggest anyone shopping there
