The Crackpot

The name speaks for itself, crackpot. This place is and always will be horrible. Not suitable for a dog. Horrific service and unequaled in the fact the food is sub par. Next time you think of going here, slid eon over to the Double TT.

Nottingham's Tavern

Expensive Pool? Low end drinks at high end prices? Food that only taste good after your $50 in the bar tab? This is the place for you. Want to pick up some middle aged women looking for an easy romp? Enjoy watching your girlfriend be hit right in front of you by aggressive men of another persuasion? Then this the place for you. Personally I'drather drive down the road and throw my money out the window!

La Palapa Grill & Cantina

The best thing about this joint is the venue. Service is typically Columbia and the food is mediocre at best. Want some drinks?Great. Authentic Mexican food? Not. We had the Chips and Queso, which turned out to be so inauthentic that when I dipped a chip in, I could pick up the queso dish off the plate. Quite frankly, I wouldn't feed my dog at this place.

Pasta Plus Restaurant

South of Jersey, this is probably the closest thing to homemade italian food that you can come by. Prices are great, but even better is the quality of the pasta, sauces, fish, and meats. We typically show up on Friday or Saturday at around 6 or 7 and have never had to wait much longer than 30 minute. If that wait isn't good enough- the food certainly is worth it- you can sit on the carryout side and feast in there, plus take home some extras to compliment your version at home. There really are no cons to this place, and if you think there are, then perhaps you better just head over to Chilis down the street.

Romano's MacAroni Grill

This place epitomizes brutality at it's finest. It is typically packed, but then again the non discerning palates of Columbians fills every dumping hole in the 21044 area code. Never justify going to some place in Columbia based on the fact that it is always packed because that fact is a function of the fact that there are few decent places to eat in the area filled with lazy stay at home moms. The food is horrific and they are getting away with serving egg noodle and ketchup as a form of spaghetti sauce. If you have any kind of a palate or discerning tastes...stay as far away as possible.

Panera Bread

This is probably one of the best chains out there. Always clean, professional (albeit sometimes absent minded kids), and done well. They really strive to impress and are usually successful.

Melting Pot Of Columbia

Who wants to go out to do all of the work? This seems akin to the proliferation of tip jars at carryout places. Quite frankly, this place is an exasperation of today's do -it-yourself motif and I wonder how many people really get sick from undercooked food. I agree with the other poster that, while it is not illegal, we should be expected to forfeit an extravagant tip for an establishment that is built on the customer doing the work.

Definitely do not recommend this place.
