Auto West Honda

Im only giving it three stars because Ed works there. (he personally deserves a 5) He is in the service dept. I didnt get a card from him so I'm not sure if he is a service rep or manager, either way he was AWESOME. To back things up, i bought a car from here (duh) and the sales people (at the time of purchase) were very eager to sell me this vehicle, after almost walking away about 5 times we finally got a great deal on the car and decided to buy. We bought it. Upon signing the papers we agreed to bring the car back in to have a scratch in the bumper fixed, window shield guard, acid etching, and an alarm. Moving to the appointment. We get to service 7am right when they open, Ed walks out to help us and sends us on our way. I'm thinking its going to take awhile even though he said it will be done by 2 i'm thinking it'll be done by 6. Low and behold 2pm and my cel is ringing to get the car! WOOHOO they were on time. I get there get my keys and am about to leave. THANKFULLY i had a guy with me who knew to look for the services that were supposed to be performed on my car. Something was missing. The acid etching. ((sorry guys im terrible at short reviews)) I ask ed to come look and he sees that it wasnt done. We start talking about it and i decided that instead of the etching i want the lojack. He told me speak with sales and they can work out something with you. So i go to the guy who we signed papers with, hes not in until friday. So i ask for his manager thinking im going to get a little further a little quicker. WRONG. This guy was sexist and rude. (THANK GOD FOR FREEDOM OF SPEECH) Now im talking about steve. The head hancho. I tell him....no no...i TRY to tell him the situation and before i can get three words out he's interuppting me. Strike one. I get to finish and my friend starts asking a question, another guy walks up, whos name i didnt catch (we'll call him sidekick) and they both walk away. two strikes right there. (1 for interupting again 2 for walking away) he didnt even say excuse me or think about it ill be right back just walks away mid question. How much ruder can you get? I hope he reads this too! So i say screw it walk back over to ed and guess whos standing at the next table. Steve and his sidekick. Well i ask to speak with ed outside and as son as ed walks out steve closely follows. I argue with steve a little more and he finally walks away again, i can see why he's not married! Finally i just tell ed lets just go with the original plan since im not getting anywhere this jerk manager so i can leave. He gets the job done and were out of there. But not before sidekick walks out and asks ed why he brought up the lojack that he shouldnt have done that and steve was going to complain to his boss had i the patience to wait around to speak with steves boss i would have but honestly i would have blown a fuse so it was better i just left. I was upset that they acted like high schoolers and were telling one one another when ed did absolutly nothing wrong but helped me in the best way possible.
