'You get what you pay for....'
Anonymouse guy is right. They sell street vendor quality flowers at a discount price. Maybe they sell them on the street as well as out of a hot van all day. They come to our salon and sell bunches of roses that look fine untill you open them up and the petals fall all over the place. The price is same as publix but last half as long.
