While the work done on my SUV was passable everything else was terrible. Over $400 in my son's Army equipment is missing from the truck. The work was subcontracted to another shop. The tow hitch was damaged in the accident and a new one was left in the back of the truck and my wife was instructed when she picked it up that we were to install it ourselves. They ordered junkyard parts to repair my SUV that came in to damaged to use so the repair took much more time then we were told. When I called to discuss the theft I left on old until I finally gave up. Avoid this business.
It's my opinion that they are extremely difficult people to deal with. Between bungling accounts and outright misrepresenting the coverage you need, they seldom return calls and will not make changes that would save you money without an agrument.
Office staff can be very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Messages are often not forwarded to doctor. Follow up and authorizations for insurance are often mishandled.
See my review under Dr. Bright Dental. They are the definition of customer service. It seems most service related business people have forgotten what service is all about. Your supposed to twist your life around to meet their schedule. At Dr. Bright's office they try to make an effort to make your appointment at your convenience and their own. They will go out of their way to be helpful. That is so rare today. It seems like most dentist's today are running "insurance mills", get them in, get them out and screw service.
I have been going to them since my own family dentist wouldn't see me for a dental emergency on a Saturday. They took me right in.
My family has been going there for the last 8 or so years without a problem. We highly reccomend them.
I had gone there several years and service and people were great. Gradually customer service became poor and the optometrists became indifferent. I am sorry but I am very picky about how and where I spend my money and I take my eyesight very serious.
At my last visit to them they left in an exam room for nearly an hour, I finally had to go from the exam room back to the front desk to remind them that I was back there. Without excuse or apology they finally sent someone back to see me. It was like everyone their had an attitude. They seemed well staffed but most employees just sat around chatting with each other as customers milled about the displays waiting for service. After a long wait to pick out frames I finally got out of there. When my glasses finally came in it was another ordeal just to get someone to help me- I'll never return there.
