Blue Coyote Grill

Over priced, understaffed and totally unprofessional. We took my mom this past mothers day and they only had like 3 waitresses for the whole place and every table was sat! We waited forever for our food and then our lovely waitress who was doing her absolute best came over to say that 3 of our orders of the special fish were no longer available. The manager came over and just basically took everything off the bill and said she was sorry, but that doesn't fix the problem. My mother was so dissapointed! I can say she was a great server despite everyhting! You would think for a place that has been open for years they would know that the need more staff on for a holiday!
