My brand new luxury car was backed into less than 3 weeks after purchasing and I went to several 'insurance recommended' shops for quotes. The owner of ALBS did the quote himself and went into much detail about the paint grade, body work etc. Needless to say this attention to detail made the selection easy. My car was done on time, looks great, it's like the accident never happened! Everything was seamless, they contracted with the insurance company directly so all they needed from me was a signature. The body work is guaranteed for life and I was told that if I have any problems, bring it back. Moral of the story: What I would normally consider major nightmare turned out to be minor inconvenience thanks to this shop.
