D & R Hardwood Flooring Incorporated
These guys installed around1000 sq.ft floor in my house and baseboard. The floor was not level (although they charged me $900 to level the floor). and there was gap between the baseboard and floor. Even by the front door entrance, the floor was not level at all. They took the front threshold door, and never put it back ( the owner claimed that they are not responible for putting it back, and I had to hire carpenter to install the threshould, because they did not stop the wood floor at the beginning of the door jam, instead they went half way)
A week after the installation, I had a gap between some pieces or wood. I called and they never showed up to fix it and the owner would not bother sending someone to fix their mistakes (he already cashed my check).
I would not recommand this place.

I ordered stove and dishwasher from the store, when the sales rep told that they are getting shippment in 3 days for the stove. These 3 days became 2.5 weeks. These guys never return calls. You call and leave a message and nobody calls you. I had to call many times. Horrible customer service.
I would never ever buy from this store again PERIOD. I do not care how much cheaper they are comparing to others. They are liars.
A friend of mine had the same experience with the new one just opened in Moorpark. It seems that this store chain enjoy bad customer service and lying to customers. What a shame!!
