We recently had a tankless water heater installed by Oak Creek Plumbing. They came in looked at where we wanted the tank to go, worked out all the issues and got it done the next week in one day. They took care of the permitting along with the removal of the old water heater and electrical requirements for the new tankless heater. They even, at my request, took the old water tank which was only 7 years old to the Habitat for Humanity Restore drop site in Milwaukee so our old tank water heater could be reused.
Franklin mechanical installed our HVAC system in our home when we built and they have provided service for the last 7 years. They are always available to come out on short notice and are very nice to work with. They also send me a reminder post card to get my systems checked before winter.

I use to have to go downtown to Oakland to a gyro, now I can go a few block on the south side and a great gyro. If you have never had a gyro this is the place to start loving them. They have a great Greek setting for you to enjoy a gyro. If gyro's aren't your thing you can have other typical foods like burgers or chicken sandwiches...but I encourage you to try the gyro. You can make this a special family place to celebrate occasions or just to have a early lunch saturday morning.
This place has all your arts and crafts supplies. I wish the framing department was quicker in getting mats cut (can take up to 2 weeks).
This is a great place for puzzles, scrapbooking supplies, nitting, painting, and any other hoby you may have.
