'Took 12 weeks to get rebate'
We bought all of our kitchen appliances at Sears because of a great Rebate deal (20%). The rebate amount added up to $750.00. It took us 8 weeks for the rebate to even process and another 4 weeks to receive check in the mail. After several phone calls with extremely bored call center employees I called the manager at Sears directly and asked them to intervene. I wont buy from them again, or at least with a rebate involved.
