Nothing too spectacular about this place, however, they do have great bar-style seating at high tables. Kids can bowl with the bumper guards so like you would expect, its a great family activity. No food except from the vending machines.
If you like simple, basic foods - better go elsewhere. This is where my really healthy friends go to eat. Their turkey sandwich was good but I needed to get it plain, 'cause I'm the basic eater. Fresh seasonal fruit was yummy.
Great little Mexican-food joint with a hip, earthy vibe to the place. I had a chicken quesadilla with pico de gallo and it was GRUB! They use local and organic meats/veggies so you know you're getting great food. Prices are moderate for lunch which is when I went. If I lived closer, I'd probably eat there regularly.
This is a cute place to eat. Kind of has a pub-like feel but its a small restaurant. Great Caesar salad! The place is literally a "side door" thus the name adds to the eclectic vibe. Parking sucks though.
Your typical chinese food restaurant with combination dinners for $6-9 bucks/plate. they have really good BBQ pork. The fried shrimp was a little greasy though. I really like their egg foo young. Best one I've found in the Milwaukie area.
This place has your basic combination dinners. I just had their #1: pork fried rice, pork chow mein, egg foo young. I just to love Lani Louies which turned into Janet Lis before they closed. I'll go back to Chan's again.
I took my 11-yr-old daughter, 14-yr-old niece and a friend of my daughter's (also 11yrs). We all had a GREAT time and spent at least 2-3 hours painting and creating our pieces. They have a HUGE selection of items to choose from plates, platters, mugs, bowls, and more. Plenty of colors to paint with! The staff is very friendly. They even have a Member Club you can pay a small fee for and then you get your pieces at a discount for the next year. It was a wonderful bonding time for us and this year, my daughter wants to have her bday party there.
We have been sooo happy that Cha Cha Cha has come to downtown Milwaukie. Great food, great portions, great prices. They really made the place look classy too! And my husband tells me they make great margaritas too!
Local chocolate candy shop that has a great variety of chocolate truffles, both milk and dark. Best of all, they have been supporting Milwaukie Elementary school auction for a couple of years now.
This is a nice Harley shop only minutes down the road from us. My hubby owns a Harley and has had work done there, although its usually cheaper when he takes it to Paradise Harley in Tigard. They have harley clothes and accessories although "Gladstone, Oregon" isn't the hottest thing on the back of a tshirt.
