Beach House Hotel

This hotel is one of our favorite coastal get-aways! The rooms are very comfortable with gas fireplaces and a wonderful view of the ocean.The hotel is right on the coastside trail - very nice to walk or bike along the ocean for a few miles.
Other nice features include ocean-front pool and hot tub, a large wood burning fireplace in the lobby, and a good continental breakfast.

Art Beat

My 10 year old really enjoys the children's pottery wheel class at this studio. The staff is friendly, patient and helpful.

The studio offers a variety of art classes for adults and children. My daughter has also attended a birthday party here - each child made a ceramic piece, and returned at another time to glaze it. Plenty of space for the projects as well as the birthday celebration (food and gifts).
