Ive never been athletic, and had not tried anything like this in the past, so I was rather intimidated to begin. At the age of 49, I (finally) decided that I should make a commitment to improving my over all health and well being. The entire staff has been so supportive to me in reaching my goals (you always feel like you have a little bit of a fan club while you are there!), and their expertise and professionalism are the very best. It did not take long before I really started to notice that not only was I feeling so much better physically, but this experience has made such a difference in my self confidence. I can honestly say that this is one of the best things that I have ever done for myself!
