I heard once that the best compliment one can give is a "referral," and today I want to refer and encourage anyone looking for an Outstanding Physical Therapy Facility to consider Beck and Cale PT (Santa Maria and Nipomo). I returned to Beck and Cale PT a second time when my knees began to hurt every time I got up. This was alarming to me considering I am a young 40! Don Cale, PT (a genuine GEM of a human being) assessed my condition and gave me ample time to provide all the information he needed. He never rushed me and listened with empathy!) Don also answered each of my questions and concerns before developing a perfectly targeted and balanced exercise routine that I call "Intelligent Exercising" to help me strengthen my leg muscles to support my knees. During my sessions with Don Cale he was so positive and encouraging about my progress. No matter if he was working with another patient he would always be attentive and hands on when needed. Don leads Beck and Cale with a contagious smile and an amazing sense of humor; it's easy to see why Beck and Cale Staff's attitude is always so cheerful and positive! If you want personalized attention and you don't want to get lost in a big PT facility, try Beck and Cale; Don Cale (and staff: Kathy PT, Monique, Annie, and Brittney PT assistants and Cloey are so sweet) will treat you with dignity and respect; they will cheer you on, and make you feel like coming back--and they are glad to see you come in! Your wellness is Beck and Cale's primary goal, and they will bend over backwards to accommodate busy schedules because they know the value of excellent customer service! Not only that, but Beck and Cale will return your phone calls every time! My best compliment to Beck and Cale is this unsolicited review. I believe in excellent customer service and strive to recognize it when I find it!
