Your Mobile Gym, Inc., comes directly to your home, business, or in my case, meets me at Chastain Park at my convenience 3 times weekly for a completely personally customized workout based on my goals, interests and fitness priorities. The owner/personal trainer, Lauren Loper, encourages and coaches you along. She not only has contributed to me losing and keeping off 12 pounds for over a year (and fitting into "cute" clothes again), she keeps me laughing and has become a good friend also.
