You would think they were too hip to be kind...not so! I have known JoJo for years...took me a while to take part in her mastery. But Mastery it is. Here is the key. She has great hair! What is up with Hairstylists that have bad hair? She is warm and kind. Every time I see her she take time to speak with me about what we are going to do. If I give feedback about what I do or do not like she doesn't look at me like I have five pairs of eyes. And she has some kind of psychic, voo doo intuition about cutting and color, not to say that it isn't skill, but she often knows what I want before I even say it or if I do not have the words to communicate it. Most of all everyone their has great hair, and it is a little like a cutting edge (def. competitive with the talent in NYC, I am a native) Londonesque Cheers where people actually know your name, seem genuinely glad to see you and always greet you with a style making haircut instead of a beer.
