My husband and I have eaten at the Edwardsville location many times and it just seems to get better and better. If you haven't tried the pork steak you're missing it. We eat bbq all over the country and you can't beat them. It's the best kept secret in the area, but it won't be for long. I hope they don't continue to expand, because I love talking to the owners, they seem to have a real passion about the business. One thing I would suggest is to offer the barbecue sauce served warm.
