I went to return Halloween. The rude manager and clerks said: "You can only exchange to other Halloween stuff." And the rude manager even said:"You should not buy it at first place!!!" I could never believe that can come out from mouth of a store manager!!! Why does the return policy exist anyway???
I called another store and they nicely said that they can issue a never expire store credit to me. So, please try alternative locations, never come to this evil house.
