Windows On Washington - Risky? You decide....but why risk your family and friends....for a hundred dollars a plate, you should be able to enjoy yourself without having to worry about theft and insensitive staff....
When we attended my nephew??s wedding on October 14, we were looking forward to a wonderful evening at the Windows on Washington. However, when my daughter went to watch the bride and groom??s first dance, she left her new, white camera on the table. She was gone only a few minutes and during that time, the table was cleared of plates, glasses and....her camera!
She immediately came to me and I went to the Manager who did nothing. The owner also did nothing. Who knows for sure who stole her camera? Let??s review the facts: the camera was white and blended in with the white table cloth so that only someone who was at the table would have seen it. It was left at the table for only a few minutes during which time the table was cleared of the dishes. My Aunt was sitting at the table until they began clearing the dishes. My daughter returned to the table a couple of minutes later.
If you decide to have your wedding reception at Windows on Washington, then be prepared for you guests to ??lose?? their possessions - because it happened to us, and the thief is still on the loose. Beware, beware, beware!!!
Also, when my cousin took the shuttle to her car, it was late at night and the driver took off without seeing if she made it to her car or if the car started. She was not the only one with this experience. Is this what you want for your guests?
