I went to this business with a dress to be dry cleaned. I went on vacation and took it out of the bag and the zipper didn't work. I took it back to the cleaners and the owner told me that I got it stuck in my hair. I told him that I couldn't even put it on because I couldn't up zip it. He told me that it was a cheap dress. He told me that he would fix the zipper and that I would have to pay. Needless to say I wouldn't . I took the dress to another cleaner and they looked at it and told me that the zipper had melted. Evidently when they were cleaning it the machine was too hot that's why it melted. Well they lost my business.
