'Overworked'
They take in more dogs than they can groom in a day. They do not listen to customer requests. Same thing happened twice. Although I pointed out growths on the dog's back, they shaved the dog and accidentally cut off growths. Sores became infected and we had to visit the vet. They apologized. Only bring dogs you hate to this groomer.
