China Station Restaurant
I used to work a few stores away and went there once for my 1 hour lunch break. I was very satisfied with the food and the server was really nice to me. We chatted for a bit. I also went there a 2nd time with my family. They enjoyed it too.
Fuddruckers
After a long game of disc golf, all sweaty and hungry, four of us stopped by for a bite to eat. I have never been there before, but a few of the others have had it out of state. I was really impressed with everything about it. The burgers were HUGE and you were able to put whatever you want on it yourself. GREAT idea! It's such a fun atmosphere. They call your order by making up nicknames for you, it was just too cute. My boyfriend was wearing a Hurley shirt, so they called his order "Hurley". The fries were also pretty darn good. I remember stuffing myself with that. Will definantly have to go back really soon.
Tahiti Chinese Buffet
My little sister enjoys this place so much. It's not too far from where she lives, so if I go visit her and she wants to really eat, we go out to Tahiti. We always have fun here, the service is good. The food is average, but, like I said we have fun when we're there.
Louie's Restaurant & Catering
I've been here a few times. Not really decorated or anything, but, pretty roomy. I remember ordering a Chinese Chicken Salad once. It was pretty good. Maybe a teeny bit pricey. Above all, average. Nothing special.
Hoa Viet Restaurant
Good food. I go for a bowl of pho with all the goodness. Chow fun is great, spring rolls yummy, noodle bowls with fish sauce on the side....awesome. I haven't been there in a while, even though I live a few blocks away from the one located on Broadway. I will have to go back soon.
Original Perry's
Friendly service, great food, good price. What more can you ask for? I've gone here a few times and always left satisfied. I've had the steak, burgers, and appetizers. Always good.
Wing's Kitchen
I used to live around the corner from this tiny restaurant. I usually ate there or would order to go once a week with my boyfriend. He always gets his sesame chicken. He loved it. We would sometimes get the crab and cream cheese fried wontons. So yummy! I loved the kung pao chicken. Fast and good.
Denny's
The last time I was there with my sister, the area we sat in, the corner booth, smelled funky. The table also felt kind of sticky. The waitress was friendly though. My burger was kind of soggy, breaking apart. I guess that's not the best place for a burger. Not that great of an experience.
T K Noodle
I was first introduced to this place by my older sisiter. At first, I wasn't too sure about the noodles, because, it's not the kind that I'm used to eating at other restaurants. I have to say, number 1 and I forgot the other one, but, it's pretty much like number 1 but, with wontons. They are sooo good! The broth is just right. You can add anything else you want to it (all the spices are on the table). Service is okay.
A Touch A' Class
I have driven by this place so many times. It never seemed busy, I'll see a few people come in and out once in a while. My friend recommended since she's been there before. I trusted her judgement. It was on a weeknight when we went, we were the only customers. The owner showed us to our table and was very nice. He even helped us out with ordering our food. I've never been to a soul food restaurant before, but, I was familiar with some of the choices. Inside, they had a large screen tv, and many pictures. We had a whole conversation with him while waiting for our food. He talked about his son playing football and everything. While waiting for our food, a few more people did come in. When our food came, oh my, we tore it up. My friend had the ribs, I had the fried chicken with mac n cheese, and corn bread. Boy, that was a delight. I will have to go back soon.
