I ordered an arrangement for mother's day 2007 which cost $119.99. I expected fresh flowers.

It looked like a mess and the flowers arrived old, wilted and the petals had dried-out tips. It looked like they added some fresh greens to an old arrangement. the flowers appeared to be re-cut to freshen them up, so much so that they didn't reach the water level in the vase even though it was almost full to the brim. By the next day 60% of the petals had fallen

Luckily I ordered through flowerpetal.com who refunded my money 100% once I explained the condition of the flowers. I now understand that Blooms on 5th can no longer sell through flowerpetal.com.

If they can't handle the busy holidays, they should not take orders!

I avoided dentists for years until a good friend recommended Dr. Souto. I have gotten 100% satisfaction at this office and I've recommended Dr. Souto and Dr. Chiodo (surgeon) to my family and friends.

I've needed a lot of work done due to my putting off visiting the dentist. With Dr.'s Souto and Chiodo, I've had multiple dental implants installed, root canals, cleanings, crowns and whitening. I still can't believe that I the implants and root canals were pain-free and I suffered no infections an only minimal discomfort for the first two days or so.

I really feel bad for the reviewer who had to wait 30 minutes - In the 4 years that I've been a patient of Dr.'s Souto and Chiodo, I've honestly never had that experience myself, nor has anyone else who has gone there based on my recommendation. I look forward to going to the dentist - no pain, great teeth, friendly experience.

I suffered for 28 years with a chronically painful lower back. Dr. Brian Shapiro has helped heal my back - I can now go for a month without a single back ache and, on th occasion that I do have a back ache due to misuse, the pain is temporary. Dr. Mary Shapiro, his wife, is also excellent. I can now sit for hours, do gardening - including lifting heavy weights - drive long distances, stand for long periods of time, and walk long distances - all without pain! I am among many happy and healthy returning patients.

The doctor himself is friendly, responsive, and professional. My only thing I would do differently is to increase communication and get explanations of what to expect before, during and after surgery. This was my first surgery - I suppose if there is a next time, I will know to ask a lot more questions and not feel rushed.

Ability to get appointments within a reasonable amount of time is good.

I would recommend Dr. Armenakas to family and friends. I think the doctor is great, but I really dread dealing with his staff.

As voiced by the other reviewer, the staff in Dr. Armenakas's office it terrible - downright rude on the phone and in person. For example: they put me on hold without warning while I was in mid-sentence and another time hung up on me before I could ask a question. In person, the people at the counter roll their eyes at you as if you're inconveniencing them. If they weren't so nasty, I could have saved myself a lot of worry and an extra trip to their office. I've witnessed this behavior towards others while sitting in the waiting room - downright nasty towards an elderly woman who asked the mumbling receptionist to please repeat herself.
