Wonderful place to take your european vehicle! After calling around to several places, this was the one that got my attention! Over the phone, the service writer was very polite, thorough with any information I wanted, gave me a quote, etc. I had a very pleasant experience here! I will definitely recommend 4 N Auto to all I know with a European car!
Pros: parking, dress selection, facility
Con: customer service and satisfaction, rude and errogant salespeople, "their policy"
I attended this particular bridal shop with the bride and other maid of honor. Before entering the facility, we were pretty excited to see what this shop had to offer. Boy were we in for a treat! We entered the shop, were greeted, given a tour, explained the pricing, and we then proceeded to clip the dresses she wanted to try on. The associate was a little pushy, but it was nothing to get us all upset-until DUN DUN DUN...
It came time for the bride to try on the dresses and this is where it all began. Myself and the other MOH were making our way into the room with the bride when we were suddenly stopped by the associate. She told us to "sit down" and that "she was the professional that would be taking care of the bride." WOW! Thats the first this has happened. We all looked at each other with mouths wide open thinking "you have got to be kidding." We asked if we could go in as well and the associate said, "No, thats not our policy, I am the professional, yall have a seat." Oh my, I was sooo incredibly mad. The bride was hesitant to walk in (who wouldnt be at this point, but we had driven a ways to get there), so she did. Not to mention, the associate shut the door in our faces along with the brides foot in the door, and then didnt apologize. We had overheard the associate tell the bride, "maybe we just shouldnt proceed." Myself and my friend just sat outside like we were waiting on someone to get out of surgery. I felt terrible for the bride. I was getting defensive like she was my little sister.
So this is only the beginning. The associate later had a phone call. The bride was out in a dress, yada yada, we didnt like it so she went back in the room. Well since we were not allowed in the room, we were just standing in the doorway chatting. As soon as the associate saw us there, she came barrelling back to the room, pushing myself and the other MOH out of the way so that she could be in the room with the bride. No excuse me, nothing. What a lady. What a professional??
From there on out, the associate acted like myself and the other MOH were invisible. Thats the first. Everyone else knew I was there. She kept mentioning to the bride, "when you bring you mother..." Bad news for her, there wont be another time. Firsts are a time to make the impression. DUH.
This experience was a complete disaster. Horrible, horrible, horrible. Oh did I mention that the associate made fun of the brides handwriting (which is not bad at all). And at sometime during the "agony of shopping at Bride Beautiful" I asked another associate about their so-called policy (that wasnt posted anywhere). She said, "WE deal with the brides." Oh geez, there's another rude one. I just walked off. I had nothing else to say to these people.
Piece of advice...DO NOT WASTE YOUR PRECIOUS TIME AT THIS PLACE. It is not worth it AT ALL. The same brand names can be found at any other bridal shop!
