I recently had problems with my computer - norton goback kept freezing up. onCALL 25/8 came to my house and performed a diagnostic, determining the hard drive had failed. They were able to recover 100% of my data - even a semi-obscure application which would have required repurchasing it if it had been lost. They set me up with a new computer and got me up and running in a relatively short period of time - they even provided additional support after I had some issues with my old mouse! Highly recommended!!
