Victory Produce
this little mom and pop produce shop is very very busy so they are constantly getting fresh produce. The prices are very decent but none of their stuff is organic.

Post Office
The staff is very friendly but I believe they are under staffed. If you need to pick up a package or do any get any other service at this post office make sure you have plenty of time because there is lines!

Green Burrito
this is part of carl's junior but i consider this it be a seperate restaurant because the menu is completely different. if you are in a rush and feel like some Mexican their nachos are YUMMY!

Saticoy Elementary School
this is a very nice school. it is a very good school when it comes to special education children and the services you child may need. (i.e. hard of hearing). very nice teachers and the school seems to have plenty of supplies. it also has 2 apparatuses in the yard for the children to play and this is certainly important to a child in grade school.

Jasmine Cleaners
Always take all my stuff for cleaners to Jasmines and do does my whole family. Usually are able to take off all the stains and the ironing job is always nice! they are pretty fast with their service as well.

Nori Roll & Grill
this little grill has great sushi rolls but they are kinda pricey. The basic rolls are a bit over priced in comparison to the sushi spots around them. the salmon tastes fresh and it is pretty good

i love this sushi restaurant. The service is great, the area is trendy and the sushi is best in town. cheap lunch specials include sushi @ 50% off regular price. they deliver as well.

Kenneth Hahn Recreation Area
this park has tons of trails. some are short, some are long and hilly. definitely can take your bike as well. bring stuff for the duckies to eat as there are so much fun to feed. a great picnic area for the whole family.

Van Nuys-Sherman Oaks Recreation Center
this park offers tons of recreation - basketball and softball both kids and adults. it was recently renovated and they mad the restroom situation better. there is 2 outside courts and a great track to walk around or jog. greenery is a big plus too. they have a few bbq's but you have to get there early to catch them

Office Skills Ctr
the best part of this community is that it has such a beautiful area for atheltics. very nice basketball gym with outside courts, tracks as well as tennis courts. This area is separate from the classroom and it has its own parking.
