'Clear explanations reasonable cost.'
I took my Jetta in to get the window fixed because it wasn't going up and down. They explained possible causes and gave me an estimate for the repairs. I agreed to have them repair it because i have heard really good things about this mechanic shop. I was able to get my car back that same day, and the window worked perfectly.
