I have went to see Carol at H&R block for 2 years in a row now at tax time. She has been friendly and helpful. She helped me with my taxes and really informed me when it came to things I really didn't understand. The secretary and other staff were nice and professional as well.
Moody's has great food and great prices. The pizza there is very good, and has a crisp NY-style crust. Its hard to impress this NY'er, but their pizza really doesn't disappoint.
Dr. Harman, the ladies at the front desk, as well as the hygenisists have all been great. Every time you visit a lady at the front will sit down with you and go over your insurance with you line by line. She will let you know what is covered and the patient responsibility for each procedure before the work is performed. I thought that was exceptional. The office is always clean, and the staff always smiling and friendly. The dentist is gentle, yet efficient and I would deffinitely reccommend this practice. My husband has even become a patient there now as well.
I have never been to Doctor Cicero's actual office because I do not live in Franklin. I live about an hour away, but I did deliver in Franklin and He was my daughter's pediatrician in the hospital and was very good. He was very thorough and kind. Any time I have ever called his office the staff was very helpful, and kind. Would definitely choose him as my pediatrician if I didn't live so far away.
I am currently going to Dr. Flowers for prenatal care and this is my second pregnancy with her. She is so sweet and kind and takes great care of her patients. I do have to be honest though, the majority of times I have been there, there has been about a 2 hour wait before being seen. This is very difficult because I usually have to bring my children, but it won't stop me from going. She usually does have a full book and a full waiting room of patients so I try to be patient, but I just wish she would hire a midwife who could really help her practice out tremendously.
Dr. Byrd saw my husband on a few occasions and was professional and helpful. However, the staff is less than friendly and quite lazy. It seems every time I had to call there to ask a question or get something faxed, they acted as if you were bothering them and they didn't like it. It left me asking myself, are you there to do a good job, or just do a job? I was disappointed.
Lets face it, no one wants to make a trip to the ER but when you have kids, you will probably end up there more than once. The nurses and doctors in the ER treated my children with much kindness and gentleness. Once a nurse even went above and beyond and found a small stuffed flower to give my daughter when she was afraid of the nebulizer treatment she was given. I also have to say for an ER, It was more organized and speedy than expected.
Two of my children became very sick one Saturday morning and nothing was open except for the ER or Primecare, so I chose to bring them to Prime Care. I was very pleased with the kindness and gentleness that Dr. Beeman (or maybe he is a P.A. I don't remember) treated my children with. Even when the front desk told me my baby would not be able to be seen because there was no one there who would see children that young, he kindly said it was a mistake and saw how sick she was and saw her at the same time as my other daughter. Very nice guy. I do have to say, the women at the front end weren't very friendly, but it was worth it to see the medical staff.
