This is a warning for ALL BRIDES to avoid New Natalie's Bridal shop in Atlanta. I was measured for a designer gown, custom-made for me. The price of the gown was $4300.00. My measurements were taken by Jeannie, V/P of New Natalie's. After 6 months, I received the gown, only to find that it was too tight in the bust area and the length was too long. I am a size 34.5 in the bust area. Jeannie took my measurements wrong and the gown was ordered and made for a 32' bust area. Also, at the time I was measured, I requested to have the gown length made, so that I could wear a shoe with a 2.5-inch heel. I have tried the gown on several times, with a 4' inch heel and the gown is still too long.
New Natalie??s is attempting to add pieces to the bust area to "fix" the gown. They will not correct the problem with the hem length, although on the order form, it is written down, by the owner of the shop "shoe 2.5". NN's will not correct te problem with the length. So now, in addition of dealing with the stress of planning a wedding, I am taking NN's to court. I paid over 4-grand for a custom wedding gown, and relied on Jeannie to take my measurements accurately. NN's has failed to deliver what I paid for and through no fault of my own, I have to deal with the wrongdoings of these merchants. When you pay your money, you expect to get what you paid for.
