'Photo Department'
I am a regular Costco customer and have frequented them here and in CA but the photo department at this particular location needs a class in customer service. I complained after my last visit. They pretty much ignore you until you demand to be helped.

I just started going there a couple months ago based on a recommendation from a friend. I believe it was recently remodeled and has new owners since the previous poster's experience. My nails never looked better.
