I would highly recommend taking a tour of the ENTIRE facility before making the mistake of boarding here. The owners are novices in the pet industry, and it shows. Many of the structures in the boarding facility are constructed of painted wood or laminated pressboard, which are IMPOSSIBLE to sanitize properly, to say nothing of the fact that it is ill-lit and dingy. There is a very high turnover rate among their groomers because it is a disorganized environment, and entirely too many details get lost in translation. Dogs are dried almost exclusively in cages with floor fans pointed at them! Almost any other alternative to grooming OR boarding would be preferrable.
