'Never had a problem'
I've read some of these reviews and wonder if we're talking about the same place. I've been going to Franks for 2 years and have never had a problem. And everytime I've been there, he has been there and explained to me everything that was done. I just had my car inspected ( using the $29.95) coupon and they didn't try to push for any additional work. I dropped it off at 9:30 , picked it up at 3:00 and all was well. If you want to get screwed go to a dealer, Franks has been fair to me.
