We've been to Earle Brown several times. The first few times we just bowled, didn't eat. Since then, we've taken the time to have a beverage and a pizza or two. The service was great, the food was good, and the bowling was...well we bowled...we're not so great, but we have fun!
If you want to see a movie in a clean theater with stadium seating, so that nearly every seat is a good seat, this is the place to go. It's clean and no kids loitering everywhere.
We love to go to this theater. The facilities are always clean and the staff always friendly. There's not a lot of riff raff hanging around either. I highly recommend it!
We've gone to 2nd run movies here, and the theater is okay. I guess you get what you pay for. The facilities could be a bit cleaner. Last time we were there a man was swearing at his child quite loudly during the movie.
They have a nice hotel. I personally like the chalets, they have a small kitchen and living area in them, and they're not very expensive. A shuttle will come pick you up to go to the casino.
What a great time. We went there for a girls evening. We didn't go for a class, we went for a demonstration. It was wonderful. The chef was from a well known restaurant in town, and explained everything he was doing. We got to taste food and sip wine. It was so much fun!
I like Mystic Lake, but personally I prefer the new Little Six more. There's less of a smoke smell. There's a shuttle that can bring you to the casino from the hotel.
I went in for an oil change. I was pleasantly surprised by the good customer service and lack of pushy sales. The waiting area left a bit to be desired, but I could always walk down to Brueggers to get a coffee and wait if I wanted.
This beautiful mansion on the shores of Lake Superior has tours that bring you back in time. You can just imagine the family when they played tennis in the back yard and smoked cigars in the beautifully panelled library. Great Tour!
For the railroad buff in all of us, this is a great museum. It has a great history of the railroad and for an extra charge, you can go on a scenic railroad ride.
