A Pet Villa
This place sucks! Period. I took my dog to be groomed and upon arriving found out there was new groomer. Well when I picked up my Poodle she had a CUT TO HER NECK, all her hair was shaved off, her ears were still dirty, and her nails had not been clipped. The groomer then told me the cut was because of a growth (on a 10 month old puppy... whatever)! Never once did she take RESPONSIBILITY for injuring my dog!
I took her to the Dr. and they confirmed it was no growth. The owners then refused to reimburse me for the grooming. As a matter of fact the owners have refused to reimburse me unless I indemnify them for any wrong doing. The groomer injures my dog, doesn't groom my dog, and keeps my money!
Don't go here...ever. There are far too many other places to take your dog for grooming. The owners are unethical and the staff are irresponsible.
